MISSION of the Jerri Savuto Charitable Foundation (JSCF):
We will strive for a just world that advances the rights and equality of girls and women. In so doing, various stake holders and partners will be engaged to empower girls and address major barriers that hamper their progress.
Specifically, the foundation will work to promote the welfare of girls through safeguarding, provision of secure accommodation, guarantee the right to education, optimal health and nutrition, poverty alleviation initiatives to empower women to live healthy and productive lives together with humanitarian relief responses to disaster and other emergencies.
This will ensure the young girls and women in rural Kenya possess the competencies and resources to provide a better life for themselves and their families and that they have the hope, opportunity, and ability to control and transform their lives and future.
